Naturally Connected – Little London’s Community Story
Before Q1 2025, Little London had all the potential of a vibrant mixed-use property, but its communal energy fell short.
Tenants worked in isolation, shared spaces were bypassed, and meaningful connections were rare.
To change the narrative, TSP introduced Crêpes & Community – a simple yet effective courtyard pop-up designed to bring tenants together.
It was an easy-going moment with big intentions, and it delivered.
The event welcomed 38 attendees who stayed, mingled, and embraced the chance to connect.
Feedback was resoundingly positive, with tenants energised by the fresh sense of community. But the real magic happened after.
The event sparked a cultural shift, with tenants feeling confident to take the reins.
Some are now organising their own gatherings and finding new ways to use the spaces they share.
Today, Little London is alive with organic connection.
Tenants are mingling, building relationships, and creating their own moments of collaboration – all whilst waiting for the next TSP event.
The building is no longer just a workplace; it’s becoming a community where everyone belongs.
TENANT TESTIMONIALS
“It was great to see all of the tenants come out and utilise the courtyard space, which we don’t often see. I think this event will be a great introduction to getting the community back together. We’re really looking forward to the next event!”
– Zoe Marshall, Tonik
“My team and I really loved the event! It was also really lovely getting to know the TSP team and understanding what they can do for us. Seeing how fun this event was has inspired us to consider inviting other members of the community to our own office lunches and activities.”
– Sophie Yau, Really Good Culture
