The MS Society was completing a post-lockdown move and needed to understand what the future of work meant for them.
We helped by introducing flexibility from start to finish. Modular furniture was the key to maximising the large open-plan floor plate.
Installing meeting room pods and phone booths meant that extensive partitioning and M&E work was not needed. It saved MSS money and made the space adaptable – meaning the charity can adapt to a changing workplace.

We worked with MSS’ Property Working Group to design the highest accessibility standards. All internal doors are electrically operated and there is a Changing Places facility for visitors and the public.
It is a leading example of an accessible office – and winner of Estates Gazette’s Inclusive Design Award 2022.
